Location: Arequipa, Peru    Start date: December 2019 Duration: min. two years


In this position you are the key connection between the German and Peruvian team of Intiwawa and coordinate the work of all the different areas (Projects, Finances, Marketing, Volunteers, etc.). Together with the committee of Intiwawa, you develop a strategic and financial plan for the whole year that you afterwards put into practice. The main purpose is to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of our projects in Peru to have a maximum positive impact on our children and our communities. Another important task of yours will be to advise the committee regarding ways to progress our organisation. You will also organise collaborations with potential partner organisations, lead the weekly team meetings and be there to continually support and guide entire Intiwawa team.


Details

● At least 2-year commitment (preferably longer)

● The position is full-time (40 hours a week)

● Flexible, unconventional schedule

● Peruvian salary 1700 Soles/ month and work-related expenses are covered

Anforderungen

● Excellent Spanish and English skills (German is a plus!)

● min. 2 years of Performance Management experience

● Excellent attention to detail, excellent organizational and administrative skills

● Experience in Financial Planning , Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning

● Flexibility to adapt to new environments, resourcefulness, and sensitivity to cultural differences

● Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and intercultural communication skills

● Confident self-starter, with a high degree of motivation and initiative

● Ability to work effectively when unsupervised as well as with a team

● Creative hard-working enthusiast

Aufgaben

→ Coordination of organizational activities

● Create and update financial and administrational documentation for transparency

● Research and carry out collaborations with local institutions and organizations

● Supervise and coordinate the administration and necessary funding for the effective execution of

different organizational activities

→ Communication between the teams, members and collaborators of the organization

● Lead meetings with the volunteers and the Intiwawa committee in Peru and Germany

● Be the main point of contact for members, collaborators and the impacted communities

● Ensure access and active use of communication channels by all team members

→ Supervision of the activities on sight

● Evaluate and consult during everyday activities

● Support in the planning and documentation of organizational projects

● Coordinate human, administrative and financial resources for the effective execution of

our projects
