Who are we? Spryng is an ambitious and accessible company, founded in 2006 and based in the heart of Amsterdam. As an SMS provider for the business market, we provide our services worldwide to companies in all possible sectors, enabling them to reach their customers easily and efficiently. SMS? That may not sound very sexy but don't swipe left on us yet. Because we don't just sell SMS, we sell a solution to communication challenges. Our clients (from KLM, and DHL, to the bicycle repair shop on the corner) experience process optimisation, cost and time savings and even an increase in turnover by using our services. Think of delivery updates for your packages, a reminder for your doctor's visit, or a verification code to securely log into your banking apps.

Anforderungen

  • As an intern at Spryng, you will be an integral team member, contributing meaningfully rather than simply performing administrative tasks.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in Sales, Support, and Marketing specifically for the German team.
  • You will learn to use essential sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and Trello.
  • You will engage with potential customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • You will provide support to DACH customers via chat, telephone, and email.
  • You will assist in marketing efforts aimed at enhancing Spryng's global presence and online visibility.
  • You will actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions.
  • You will also gain experience in Human Resource Management by independently managing intern recruitment.
