Human Resource Internship in Cancun, Mexico

Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Support Recruiting:

• Help recruit all positions for hostel/F&B operational level.
• Help recruit for all recurrent openings
• Document all processes for openings

Support the implementation of hotel Culture:

• Implement culture building/standardizing programs
• Build a healthy work culture

Support the implementation of Staff Benefits:

• Help with the implementation of bonus structure for all employees tied to measurable performance goals
• Start corporate partnerships to get group rates for employees

Legal Compliance:

• Help ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees and locations
