1Home was founded 4-years ago by a serial entrepreneur and investor Gregor Rebolj (ex. Sportradar), now consisting of 15 team members spread across R&D, marketing, support & logistics. The vision of the company is to minimize the carbon footprint while raising comfort, well-being and security of our homes, through innovative & inner-connected technologies. Our products are being sold to 62 countries with the majority of sales in the DACH region. We are a young team of A players that challenge each other to grow both personally and professionally. With a mix of creative and mentorship driven company culture we cherish ideas and self-initiative, not seniority and authority. We aim to help develop every employee into the direction they want to go, offer in-house mentorship, connection to top specialists and an education budget. All our employees can choose between working in our office or remote, after they have undergone a 3-month onboarding process. About the role: After a successful launch of our 1Home Bridge product last year - we are noticing an increasing demand for our products with integrators/installers of KNX smart homes. Switching from a primarily B2C e-commerce company, we are looking for new power to help us develop B2B sales with electrical installation/KNX integration companies in the DACH region.


You will be working closely with CEO, COO and our German Head of Sales to hit a KPI of 70 new partners added per month. You will be a crucial part of generating new business opportunities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. After a successful internship there could be a full time employment job offer.





Anforderungen

Requirements:


  • Great written and verbal communication skills - English and German are a must.
  • You have a passion for finding innovative ways to protect the environment without compromising comfort.
  • You are a grown up and can handle accountability.
  • Ideally you also have a good sense of humor :)


Aufgaben

Responsibilities:


  • Managing existing 1Home integrators to accelerate sales with existing partners
  • Generating new business opportunities by calling new potential partners from a targeted database (1300 calls/month target)
  • Occasional travel to our closest partners for developing new joint business opportunities.
  • Testing new marketing/sales B2B channels with an aim to hit company targets.
