To augment our People & Culture team in Stuttgart or Berlin we are looking for an Intern (f/m/x) People & Culture – starting September/October, fulltime, 6 months. In this role you will communicate with many people, get precious insights for a future career within an agile & digital environment, and contribute in guiding the employee lifecycle to an amazing experience.


In this role you will

  • Support the People & Culture team in a diverse set of topics
  • Help to expand and communicate our Learning & Development portfolio
  • Coordinate trainings across different locations
  • Do researches on topics around agile culture, and best practices (e.g. digital tools)
  • Get an own project, execute and roll it out
  • Have the chance to deep dive into many People & Culture related topics
  • Be responsible for organizing workshops from A to Z
  • Have the chance to continue working with us as a student

To succeed you need

  • You are a team player, like to laugh and learn new things
  • You have experience in People & Culture related topics
  • You are a bold and proactive communicator in German and English
  • You have a certain talent in organizing yourself and keeping track on tasks

This is what our application process looks like

2) Screening Call with a recruiter (with focus on culture fit, expectations & motivation)

3) Technical interview (with focus on your knowledge & skills)

4) Final conversation to answer any remaining questions

This is full-time Internship position.


What you´ll need to know about us develops software and technology for the digital platforms of Mercedes-Benz. We are focused on creating digital experiences for the future of Mercedes-Benz mobility worldwide, developing products for Sales & Marketing. 

Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digital services, and aftersales solutions. 

We work in Holacracy – a “non-classical” framework which represents our operating system within the company. Our setup is based on purpose, circles, and roles as well as their specific accountabilities.
