International Business Development
• 50% of your time will be utilized for the Business Development and Marketing Purpose.
• Identifying and creating database of potential companies in Europe, where IT services can
be marketed.
• Marketing of IT services like Software Development, Website Development, e-Commerce,
Mobile Application Development etc.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns by doing mass emailing / calling to the
targeted companies.
• Regularly making cold calls (average 4 – 5 calls per day) to prospective Clients and
following them with email.
• Provide Live Chat Support to all the inquiries received on our website.
• Schedule meetings with the interested companies via. Skype (Audio / Video).
• Follow-up with interested clients for the proposed technology projects.
• Scheduling appointments with prospective clients for CEO’s business tour to Europe.
• Maintaining close contact with existing Clients.
• Daily updation of Client (Prospective/Existing) Statuses in CRM.
• Social Media Marketing of Helios Solutions.
• Translating Blogs, Case studies and other articles in native language as and when required.
• Assisting in creation of Presentations / proposals for prospective clients.
Project Coordination
• 50% of your time will be utilized for the Project Coordination Purpose.
• Understanding the Client’s requirements.
• Translating the requirements from Native language to English and providing it to the
Developers / Project Managers.
• Coordinating with the team for the ongoing project’s status.
• Regular communication with the Clients / Project Manager with relevant updates/concerns
related to ongoing projects based on the feedback received from either end.
• Updating tasks in Project Management System.
• Final quality check before delivery of the project.
• Identifying bugs / other issues along with the team.
• Raising Invoices as per the milestones set and sending it to Clients.
• Regular follow-up for the invoices sent to the Client till the payments are received.
