International Business Developer for German Markets

Job description

We’re looking for dynamic, passionate and idea-driven candidates to join the International Team at Yoopies. You’ll be working closely with a country manager to grow the Yoopies brand and services in the German markets. The role is a great mixture of customer service, social media and online marketing.

Your duties will include:

• Challenging and developing the Community Management strategy for the German markets.
• Collecting feedback about our customers and providing support/guidance via email, chat, phone or FAQ articles.
• Undertaking quality control of our customers by moderating and verifying our members' profiles.
• Writing content articles/posts to drive traffic and brand awareness.
