With strong and well-known brand assets such as the dentist Dr.BEST, the flex zone and the tomato, Dr. BEST has dominated the category of manual toothbrushes for decades with a market share of around 40%.

For our location in Munich we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) Marketing & Innovation Management Dr.BEST for a period of 6 months.


  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) of economics, psychology, communication sciences or comparable (ideally with a focus on marketing or market research)
  • First practical experience in marketing / market research
  • Experienced handling of common Office programs (Excel advanced, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Independent, ambitious, creative and team-oriented
  • Knowledge of German at native speaker level and fluent English skills


  • Participation in a variety of different projects around the broad Dr. BEST innovation pipeline
  • Supporting innovation managers in the development of new product innovations, working with internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional team
  • Creation, support and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative market research studies on brand new product concepts, market trends and consumer drivers
  • Investigation of market, consumer and product trends, derivation of in-depth recommendations on innovation projects and general brand strategies
  • Analyze and track key performance indicators and consumer information using tools such as Nielsen Answers or GfK Consumer Panel
  • Cooperation with creative agencies and research institutes for the development, optimization and testing of product concepts, designs and marketing claims
  • Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions with the entire brand team to gain new ideas and strategies to revolutionize the toothbrush market
